Glenda is a native of Bryan County GA, and returned to reside in the coastal area about 20 years ago. She retired from a corporate office in 2002 and began her “favorite” career of taking pictures.  After taking photography courses at Armstrong Atlantic State University, Glenda obtained personal instruction sessions from the photography professor.   She has had the opportunity to capture breath-taking images during her travels. “The southeast area of Georgia has so much history to be told in a visual story; and my hope is to create that story for everyone who sees my creations” says Glenda. 

Glenda’s works of art are processed in her digital darkroom. The images are captured using large megapixel Canon and Nikon digital cameras to provide a high resolution. They are printed using the highest quality Canon ChromaPLUS 8-color Ink System, Canon Photo Paper, Fine Art Paper and Professional Digital Art Premium Canvas. 

Glenda transforms photo images into fine art prints that are comparable to artist’s paintings. In April 2007, Glenda exhibited several canvas prints at the 2nd Annual Fine Art Exhibit with Arts On The Coast at The Wetlands Center in Richmond Hill, GA. Glenda and fellow oil painter, Carol Duggar, held a Fine Art Exhibit in Pembroke, GA May 6-10 with an open reception on Sunday afternoon May 6, 2007.
